Must have Call Center or Similar Job Experience

Essential Duties :

• Improve sales through communicating with clients in person, via email, phone, WhatsApp
• Perform searches online and presents data in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Create meetings using virtual meeting tools like zoom, google meet, or Moodle …
• Create written content for social media
• Create digital content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
• Keep track of schedules and appointments using google calendar or other tools
• Use online translation tools
• Create flyers
• Draft official documents using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Track and process invoices and expense reports, as necessary
• A plus if you know how to use WordPress and/ or create landing pages.

Skills :

• Good speaking skills
• Microsoft Office or 365
• Good communication skills
• Writes good English and French
• Good attitude and confident
• Highly organized and time conscious
• Responds to incoming calls & emails and chat messages- as well as follows up with customers in a timely manner and as necessary
• Knows how to use online tools to retrieve information fast, find answers and respond accurately.
