We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Community Manager to join our growing team. You will be the face and voice of our brand across social platforms and community spaces, responsible for fostering engagement, managing conversations, and building authentic relationships with our audience.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across social media platforms and forums;
- Create and manage content that resonates with our audience
- Monitor, respond to, and moderate comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize online and offline events to boost brand awareness and loyalty ü Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer support teams to ensure consistency in messaging
- Track key metrics to measure the health and growth of the community
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital communications and community building
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role ü Knowledge in graphic designing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and French
- Proficiency with social media platforms and community management tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Passion for community building and customer engagement
