In that light, UNICS Plc, needs the services of a DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER to be based at its Head Office in Yaoundé, Cameroon.

Business growth & profitability target setting acumen, monthly branch performance monitoring & evaluation knowhow, monthly healthy portfolio generation knowledge, the ability to design client satisfaction metrics, ensure the consistent up date, adherence & implementation of organizational policies, operational, annual& budget plan preparation finesse, the ability to design & rollout a plan for new branch openings, credit& non funded product development expertise, loan delinquency reduction experience, thorough understanding of microfinance performance indicators, the ability to interprete & process operations data, internal control & reporting savvy & a sound mastery of Management Information Systems& Banking/Accounting Systems are key requirements for this role.

Applicants should possess a Master Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration Management or Economics from a reputable university. Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in a related role within a financial institution is highly required.
