Job Title: Financial Manager

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing our financial activities.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and forecasts to achieve company objectives.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
• Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations.

Financial Reporting:

• Generate accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Cash Flow Management:

• Manage and optimize cash flow to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Implement effective cash management policies and procedures.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the business.

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors for accurate and timely tax filings.

Financial Controls:

• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience  5 + years in financial management, preferably in the export/import or automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and international finance.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
