Looking for HR Manager with good background on recruitement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
• Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
• Interviewing applicants
• Analyzing job duties
• Writing job descriptions
• Posting open vacancies to recruit the company with human resources
• Performing job evaluations and job analyses (Evaluating Employee performance after the expiry of the probationary term (And if needed any time upon manager’s decision)
• Administering health and life insurance programs
• Inform employees about company policies, agreements, rules and regulations
• Monitor budgets by department
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation, working condition, salary amendments, changes in employment status.
• Doing Payroll, Estimation, daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Writing disciplinary letters and tracking employee attendance.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Manager
• Proven work experience as recruiter
• Excellent knowledge of English and Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills.
