Nkwa is looking for a talented Community Manager to become one of the voices and vibes of our brand. You’ll manage how we engage with users online, build trust, run exciting activities, and keep our Nkwa family active, loyal, and growing. Your job is to make sure every member feels heard, supported, and hyped to save more!
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Grow the Nkwa Tribe: Cultivate a thriving online and offline community of savers, dreamers, and go-getters.
- Spark Conversations: Manage and moderate our social media communities. Respond to questions, spark discussions, and keep the energy high.
- Listen & Report: Be the voice of the people! Gather user feedback and share insights with our product and marketing teams.
- Create Buzz: Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Support Field Events: Collaborate with our outreach team during roadshows, workshops, and community meet-ups.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience managing online communities and social media platforms.
- Is friendly, energetic, and LOVES people!
- Writes well and communicates with clarity.
- Understands the power of online engagement (and how to keep people coming back).
- Can track engagement, run polls, analyze what works, and do more of it.
- Can work with designers and content creators to build fresh, relatable content.
- Is based in Buea (this is an onsite role).
- Bonus: Speaks both English and French fluently
