Carlcare Sarl is looking for DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST ORAIMO.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals for Itel Mobile.
• Craft and curate captivating social media content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with Itel Mobile's brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and evaluate social media performance using key metrics to optimize strategies, measure impact, and take inform future campaigns decisions.
• Stay Up-to-date of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and cutting-edge tools to ensure Itel Mobile maintains a competitive edge in the digital marketing landscape.
• Actively engage with the online community, respond promptly and professionally to comments and messages, and cultivate a positive brand reputation on social media.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives, brand messaging, and promotional campaigns.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to promote Itel Mobile's products, events, and brand initiatives.
• Effectively manage social media budgets, allocate resources strategically, and optimize spending to maximize return on investment (ROI) across various social media platforms.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Should have a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences/Digital Marketing /Marketing ;
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a specific focus on telecommunications strategies.
• Proficient in content creation and design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for telecommunications or related industry marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French is an advantage.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment.
