Responsibilities:

• Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Providing support and maintenance for the company's assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, firewalls, VPN appliances, and more
• Serving as the primary point of contact for 1st and 2nd line support, promptly addressing employee inquiries and technical issues
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, connectivity, printer, and software-related problems
• Documenting technical issues and solutions for future reference, maintaining a knowledge base in Jira Confluence
• Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and equipment
• Managing Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure systems and servers
• Proactively anticipating, mitigating, identifying, and addressing hardware and software issues on servers and workstations
• Maintaining an organized inventory system
• Collaborating and liaising with third-party contractors and suppliers as required
• Demonstrating a basic understanding of Microsoft Power Automate.
