Position Overview :

As a Senior Cloud Fullstack Developer at Makiti, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives. Your expertise in Java and Angular, coupled with your cloud development skills, will be instrumental in driving our technology stack forward.

Key Responsibilities :

• Fullstack Development : Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications using Java and Angular technologies
• Backend Development : Lead the design and development of backend applications using Java, with a strong emphasis on Spring Boot
• API Development : Create and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient data exchange between the frontend and backend
• Database Management : Work with databases (SQL and NoSQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently
• User Interface : Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, adhering to best practices for UI/UX design
• Cloud Integration : Integrate applications with cloud services and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Architectural Design : Contribute to the architectural decisions for cloud-based solutions, considering best practices and scalability requirements
• Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, backend developers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Testing : Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the reliability of the applications

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in Java and Angular
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in RESTful API development and integration
• Experience with database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred qualifications :

• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer)
