Description du poste

Poste proposé : Senior Manager - B2B Marketing

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the entire Product Line Lifecycle: From product ideation, strategic planning, tactical initiatives, product vision, product strategy, product roadmap, product development and product go-to-market
  • Creating a Product Strategy aligned with the goals and vision of the department. Supporting Enterprise business strategy formulation, planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Defines, Setup and execute strategy to secure & optimize Enterprise Business performance according to agreed business plan
  • Coordinate and monitor Business & Operations plans inline with other units
  • Design, execute and monitor all B2B customers value management initiatives to deliver expected growth inline with Company eCVM/Bi framework
  • Handling the Recruitment & responsible for performance appraisals, problem resolution, and rewarding employees
  • Responsible for product promotion and of core product functionalities
  • Ensure consistent user experience and relevance of Enterprise products and services are in line with the market
  • Ensure consistent user experience across OPCOs and relevance of Enterprise product and services are in line with the market
  • Increase the profitability of already existing products as well as the development of new products for the business.
  • Developing product requirements and roadmaps
  • Responsible for making sure all the cross-functional collaboration is smooth and effective: Technology, Marketing, EBU, CUS, FIN, BRM, Legal, Audit &
  • Regulatory teams
  • Leading product managers and coordinating with Technology, Marketing, CUS and other departments

Strategy Development and Implementation :

  • Lead the creation of the strategy in line with the overarching business goals and informed by the strategies designed at a CoE level
  • Ensure effective implementation of the strategy by means of providing direction, structure, frameworks, models and roadmaps
  • Define the standards for performance across various activities and identify the parameters for measurement of performances

Staff Leadership and Management :

  • Build and manage a high performing function by providing leadership, role clarity, training and career development
  • Ensure open communication channels with staff and implement change management interventions where necessary
  • Provide definition of roles, responsibilities, individual goals and performance objectives for the team
  • Set key performance indicators and provide regular performance feedback through a well-defined and implemented performance review program
  • Develop and implement a training plan in order to build and develop skills within the team
  • Encourage knowledge transfer through the implementation of a knowledge transfer plan
  • Drive continuous improvement philosophy through the knowledge transfer plan
  • Manage resources performance in accordance with HR policy and legislation where necessary
  • Actively participate in leadership team and develop skills of own team
  • Promote a ‘centric’ and ‘partnership approach’ to develop strong relationships with other working groups and ensure adherence to Group governance

Operational Delivery :

  • Formulate Marketing products & services strategy in alignment to overall business strategy
  • Ensure the Department focus on implementing and driving our Marketing strategy by providing guidance and leadership
  • Develop product plans, project plans, product requirements and roadmaps
  • Ensure Fintech Products design & experience
  • Ensure profitability and continuous improvement
  • Ensure investment returns
  • Ensure the Department performance achievement.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Senior Manager - B2B Marketing

Education / Business Degree :

  • Minimum master’s degree in marketing, Commercial, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields
  • Certifications in ICT preferable
  • Fluent in English and French.

Training :

  • Product lifecycle Management
  • Brand management
  • Digital Marketing skills
  • Customer Experience management
  • Customer Value Management essentials
  • Business Intelligence essentials
  • Business Planning fundamentals
  • Certification in ICT related fields.

Work Experience :

Minimum 7 years work experience, including :

  • Manager track record of 5 years in Multinational managing large team and various stakeholders
  • Minimum 3 years in product development functions working with IT
  • Operations Management experience in related industries
  • Managing and leading a cross-functional team towards success, at least 2 years in relevant industries
  • Strong experience in customer data to manage the day-to-day growth of the business
  • Demonstrated experience in business strategy, planning and business case evaluation.

Knowledge :

  • Ability to write comprehensive reports and communicate effectively with all levels of Senior Management
  • Ability to establish policies, priorities to manage and evaluate projects
  • Good understanding of the market needs and come up with innovative solutions through the business’s product
  • Good understanding of accounting/financial standards and principles and ability to resolve basic financial and accounting problems
  • Forecasting and budgeting
  • Business case evaluation
  • Very good knowledge and presentation skills using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other relevant software.
