Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Main Mission:
- Ensure reconciliation of disbursements;
- Ensure weekly and monthly cash flow statements
- Padicipating in reporting work .
- And all other missions related to the position.
- Ensure the issuance of payment
- Respect the imposed procedures;
- Welcome internat or externat customers;
- Reconcile daims current accounts alter payment,
- Carry out entries for premium collection operations Ensure perfect lettering of customer occounts
- Assign all ',ment tilles to the corresponding invoices.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Knowledge of accounting
- Knowledge of guality and internat control
- Mastery of procedures for processing advances and changes to a policy;
- Seing able to work in a team
- Good senne of organization, initiatives and proactivity
- Good ability to manage stress and responsiveness;
- Education: 2/3 years of higher education in Accounting
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of the office pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint:
- Good Knowieg or computer software applications applicable to the profession
- bilingual
- Having worked in a firm is an asset
