Poste proposé : Web Designer & Developer - Douala
We are seeking a talented Web Designer & Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation and maintenance of our web presence.
Job Summary: The Web Designer & Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern web design principles, user experience, and front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Develop and maintain websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Create responsive designs to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for different devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure website content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for search engines.
- Implement and manage content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Optimize website performance, including page speed and load times.
- Ensure websites are secure and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer & Developer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design and development projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with back-end development languages (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js) and databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Understanding of web performance optimization and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in web design and development are a plus.
