Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Management of queries/complaints in the context of compliance with the requirements of the import verification program (PVI) and performance criteria in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Minimum of 3 years worth of International Trade experience or related fields and with a recognized qualification degree ;
- Experience and good knowledge of customer service management ;
- Good knowledge of import regulations in Cameroon ;
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
