Poste proposé : Marketing Manager - Yaoundé
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and play a key role in driving our brand’s growth and visibility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to strategize, execute, and optimize marketing efforts across various channels while working closely with a dynamic team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
- Brand Development: Strengthen brand positioning through consistent messaging and innovative strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs and ROI metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of resources.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product development, and external agencies to ensure alignment in achieving company goals.
- Event Coordination: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance visibility.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Marketing Manager - Yaoundé
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Creativity with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
