Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Mission:
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance and efficiency across our operations. You will coordinate CI initiatives, provide training and coaching, and support various departments in boosting productivity and enhancing collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
As Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in driving performance and efficiency across our operations. You will coordinate CI initiatives, provide training and coaching, and support various departments in boosting productivity and enhancing collaboration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement top-tier continuous improvement systems
- Conduct audits to identify process gaps and coordinate corrective actions
- Analyze data to detect trends and reduce process variability
- Foster a CI mindset and culture within the factory
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful improvements
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field prefered
- A minimum of three (03) years' experience in a similar position is required
- A strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Computer skills (Pack Office)
- Good ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, confidentiality and respect for deadlines
