Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Portfolio Development: Establish and expand a robust client portfolio to support growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our institutional and individual clients, ensuring their investment needs are met and their portfolios perform optimally.
- Client Onboarding and Retention: Lead the client onboarding process, ensuring compliance, smooth transitions. and exceptional service to increase retention.
- Business Development and Sales Support: Work closely with the sales department to identify new business opportunities and assist in crafting personalized proposais and investment solutions.
- Portfolio and Performance Reviews: Coordinate regular portfolio reviews and performance updates, offering strategic recommendations to meet clients' and company goals.
- Market and Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of market trends and ensure clients are well-informed about the investment products that best suit their objectives
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in client relationship management within an asset management or a financial Institution.
- Skills: Communication, Client-focused, Strong inter-personal, Excellent knowledge of financial products, Problem-solving ability
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Data analysis and reporting. Digital Communication, Cybersecurity Awarenes
