tDevelop awareness of the company’s brand within web communities.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
  • Creating and managing quality content for social networks and online discussion platforms;
  • Leading and moderating online discussions to maintain a positive and constructive atmosphere;
  • Monitor the brand or company for which he works (e-reputation) and competitive monitoring;
  • Participate in the development of a social media strategy;
  • Animate the community in order to create engagement, build audience loyalty;
  • Moderate comments from Internet users (homophobia, etc.);
  • Organization of events: live, competitions, quizzes, etc.;
  • Contacts with other blogs and different communities (influencers);
  • Ensure the loyalty of Internet users via online events (newsletter);
  • Carry out reporting on communication with consumers;
  • Report bugs in site functionality and platform availability;
  • Write and publish content and manage customer relations (Video, text,);
  • Carry out paid SEO campaigns;
  • Organize online events and activities to engage community members ;
  • Analyze data and statistics to measure the effectiveness of community strategies ;
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications and product teams to align community objectives with those of the company;
  • Manage online crises and conflicts to protect the company's reputation.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
  • Have a Bac+ 2 /3 in Communication,marketing, webmarketing.
  • Have at least 2 years.
  • Have mastery of digital marketing strategies;
  • Have knowledge of e-commerce rights and web practices;
  •  Have an interest in digital, social networks, new technologies;
  •  Have a sense of listening and communication;
  • Have writing and relational skills;
  • Be a force of proposal and be creative;
  • Have a good knowledge of IT tools;
  • Having a good knowledge of English is an asset;
  • Solid knowledge of social networks and online discussion platforms;
  • Strong writing and content creation skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage conflict;
  •  Knowledge of online performance measurement and analysis tools;
  • Ability to work independently and make quick decisions.
