Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Education
- At least (Master, LLM, PhD or equivalent) in Taxation, Banking & Finance Law or Business Law.
- Common law background is a must
- Good knowledge of Corporate Law and Tax Law
- Fluent French and English
- Achieved results, operationally astute
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong analytical/interpretation skills
- Consulting skills
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Professional integrity and good judgment in handling confidential information
- Computer literacy (Office 365)
- Availability and thoroughness.
