Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
MAIN MISSIONS
- Participate in the definition of distribution policy and strategy within agencies.
- Manage and lead the life insurance agency network to optimize sales performance, portfolio quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Prospect and sell insurance products while providing customer-facing support to the sales force.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Deploy life insurance sales strategy within agencies.
- Organize and facilitate network meetings.
- Prepare reports and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
- Support branch managers in leading and motivating their teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (production, collections, achievement rates).
- Raise awareness within the network regarding regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ensure quality of new business and portfolio persistency.
- Ensure proper follow-up of requests and concerns from agencies' sales force.
- Ensure achievement of assigned objectives.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong command of negotiation, sales, and commercial management techniques.
- Solid knowledge of insurance techniques and the CIMA Insurance Code.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance products.
- Ability to analyze sales indicators and performance reports.
- Good knowledge of the regulatory framework governing life insurance.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong management skills (advanced sales and negotiation techniques).
- Strong marketing management skills (marketing strategy, communication, marketing & management).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong adaptability and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to various situations.
- Bilingual (French/English).
PREREQUISITES
- Education: 3/4/5 years' higher education in Commercial Management / Marketing Management / Insurance / Bancassurance / Management.
- Experience: 5 years' experience in a similar position.
