We are hiring a topographer who will be primarily responsible for taking and processing topographic measurements on assigned sites.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Take precise measurements on project sites, preparing these measurements for use in construction and planning.
- Work closely with site management to ensure optimal scheduling of projects, which aids in the effective execution of the wharf plan
- Project Analysis: In collaboration with the project team, they analyze the works that need to be carried out, ensuring all aspects are considered.
- Conduct As Built measurements is part of their responsibilities to verify that construction aligns with design specifications.
- Provide support by answering various ad hoc questions and resolving technical issues using modern surveying techniques.
- Be responsible for marking control points and measuring points so that site management can perform checks on the delivered 3D models.
- Guide and oversee geometry-bound activities to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Surveying or Topography or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in the domain or in a related field.
- Interest in geometry related to major infrastructure projects is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel) is expected; knowledge of Pythagorean principles is advantageous.
- Experience with GRB (Geographic Reference Base) systems can be beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making decisions based on findings.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Bilingual
