We are an international Virtual Assistant's recruitment agency and we are currently looking for a Graphic Designer VA (2h / Day) who can work remotely with one of our clients based in Singapore. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. 

You will be in charge of : 

• Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content and offline content, including email templates, social media graphics and videos, illustrations, promotional artwork, curriculum material, ebooks and infographics, merchandise design and more,
• Coordinating with outside agencies, web designer, marketing teams, printers, and colleagues as necessary,
• Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals,
• Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms,
• Choosing fonts and colour schemes, and selecting and editing images for the website,
• Compiling and organizing digital assets,
• Reviewing marketing content to identify room for improvement. 

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• Experience as a graphic designer or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and illustration skills
• Proficiency with design software and technologies (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems a plus
• Available immediately for 2hrs/day.
