Job Summary :

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our infrastructure and deployment processes. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Keycloak, APM, Terraform, and GitLab. Additional proficiency in technologies like Kafka, Neo4j, Hashicorp Vault, and Python will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of scalable and robust infrastructure using Kubernetes for our cloud-based applications hosted on the Digital Ocean cloud platform
• Facilitate the implementation and configuration of Keycloak to ensure secure identity and access management
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and metrics collection mechanisms using Prometheus to optimize performance and ensure high availability
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles through Terraform to automate provisioning and resource configuration
• Design and manage efficient CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to enable seamless software delivery and deployment
• Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployment processes, enhance efficiency, and enforce best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment-related challenges
• Strengthen security measures by effectively utilizing Hashicorp Vault for secret management and secure access control
• Leverage Kafka for event streaming and building scalable data pipelines to support our data processing needs
• Utilize Neo4j to efficiently manage and optimize our graph databases
• Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks and improve overall productivity
• Remain receptive to exploring different tools and technologies based on specific customer requirements.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead role
• Demonstrated track record as a DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on infrastructure and deployment automation
• Extensive hands-on experience working with Kubernetes, including deploying and managing containerized applications at scale
• Proficiency in Keycloak to provide essential support to the development team
• Strong knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana for effective monitoring, alerting, and ensuring overall system performance and availability
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, preferably with practical experience using Terraform
• Proficiency in GitLab for managing CI/CD pipelines and version control
• Additional knowledge and experience with Kafka for event streaming, Neo4j for graph database management, Hashicorp Vault for secret management, and Python for automation are highly desirable
• Sound understanding of networking, security, and cloud infrastructure concepts
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
