Responsibilities :

Strategy and development :

• Develop and implement strategies for business development and expansion internationally
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, maximizing the potential of existing clients and acquiring new partners

Partnership management :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with content creators, influencers, and key partners
• Negotiate and finalize strategic partnership deals

Leadership and team management :

• Lead and motivate the Shake Influence team to achieve set goals
• Ensure the recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing and engaged team

Project management :

• Oversee the design and execution of influence marketing campaigns
• Ensure ongoing projects are on track, meeting deadlines and budget

Financial management :

• Oversee the financial and budget management of the company.
• Optimize costs and ensure profitability of the campaigns and projects conducted.

Compliance and legislation :

• Ensure all company actions and initiatives comply with legal and ethical standards

Communication and representation :

• Represent Shake Influence at industry events and conferences
• Effectively communicate the company’s values and successes internally and externally.

• Languages : Bilingual in French and English is a must
• Experience : Minimum of +5 years in the influence marketing sector or related field
• Technical Skills : Excellent understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Leadership Skills : Ability to guide, motivate, and develop a team
• Interpersonal Skills : Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Flexibility : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Mobility : Availability for occasional international travel.
