Responsibilities :

Operational delivery :

• Conduct thorough analysis of network access requirements and contribute to the development of access planning strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input on access needs, considering both current and future network demands
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing access planning policies and procedures to improve network performance and efficiency
• Participate in the design and implementation of access solutions, considering scalability, security, and regulatory compliance
• Work closely with network architects and engineers to ensure access planning aligns with overall network architecture and objectives
• Monitor network access performance and address any issues promptly, working collaboratively with Operations and Support teams
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select access technologies, ensuring compatibility with our network infrastructure
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to access planning and recommend adoption where appropriate
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
• Prepare and present reports to management, summarizing access planning activities, key performance indicators, and recommendations.

Education / Business Degree :

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

Training/Certification :

• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent.
• Certification in network planning and optimization.

Work Experience :

• 3-5 years of experience in access planning within the telecommunications industry
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis
• Strong understanding of access technologies, protocols, and network optimization principles.
