Poste proposé : Spring Boot and Flutter Developer - Yaoundé
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spring Boot and Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Spring Boot and frontend/mobile application development using Flutter. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities :
- Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate backend services.
- Implement secure and efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms.
- Ensure the backend architecture supports high performance and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance existing backend systems.
- Mobile App Development:
- Design and build high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Optimize mobile apps for maximum speed, usability, and scalability.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across platforms (iOS and Android).
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Quality Assurance:
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Ensure the codebase meets high standards of performance, security, and maintainability.
- Monitor and address production issues in a timely manner.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Spring Boot, Flutter, and software development.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and systems.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Spring Boot and Flutter Developer - Yaoundé
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Spring Boot development.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin (optional) for backend development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth2, JWT, and other security protocols.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Expertise in Flutter and Dart for mobile app development.
- Familiarity with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
