We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our leadership team and oversee all financial aspects of our business, ensuring the company’s financial health and sustainable growth.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in line with its business goals.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the board of directors, investors, and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain internal financial controls and policies to manage risk.
- Ensure that the company complies with tax regulations, including accurate and timely filing of corporate taxes.
- Oversee the company’s cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational and capital expenditure requirements
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Implement cost control measures to reduce operational expenses without compromising productivity.
- Monitor department budgets and ensure that actual spending aligns with budgeted figures
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
- Experience in tax management, payroll processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Not more than 35 years old

- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
