We seek a passionate Digital Marketer to lead customer acquisition. You will focus first on English-speaking offshore markets (Europe, North America, English-speaking Africa), then expand to local Cameroonian clients.
This hands-on startup role values skills and results more than years of experience. We want someone creative, fluent in English, and ready to learn and adapt quickly.

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities
- Create and run digital marketing campaigns targeting offshore clients (LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, email outreach, social media).
- Generate qualified leads and support conversion into paying clients.
- Produce compelling English-language content (posts, articles, case studies).
- Research markets and adapt strategies as needed.
- Track performance with analytics tools and report results regularly.
- Support French-language campaigns for the local market later.
- Continuously learn new marketing tools and trends.
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Strong mastery of digital marketing shown through campaigns, personal projects, freelance work or measurable results.
- Excellent fluency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory for offshore clients.
- Good working proficiency in French.
- Passion for marketing and ability to deliver results.
- Strong willingness to upscale skills, experiment with new tools (including AI), and adapt fast.
- Self-motivated, creative and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.

What We Offer
- Gross Monthly Salary: 130,000 – 200,000 XAF, based on skills as starting point.
- Generous performance commission (5–10% on revenue from clients you acquire) plus quarterly bonuses for leads and deals closed.
