Job summary :

As a Java Developer (Java, Keycloak, IAM, GitLab) with a specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / Keycloak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our open source initiatives while contributing to the development of cutting-edge identity and access management solutions. We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses advanced Java development skills but also has a proven track record of contributing to open-source projects. Your passion for innovation and your ability to thrive in a collaborative environment will drive the success of our projects.

• Leverage your advanced Java development skills to create, optimize, and maintain open-source IAM solutions that align with industry best practices
• Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, both within our organization and in the wider open source community, to gather requirements, design robust IAM solutions, and define access control strategies
• Make significant contributions to open source projects by implementing features, addressing issues, and ensuring seamless integration of IAM solutions
• Implement single sign-on (SSO) mechanisms to elevate user experience and streamline access management processes within the open-source ecosystem
• Demonstrate your expertise in open standards such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) and Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0, utilizing them to design and implement secure IAM solutions
• Exhibit proactive ownership of end-to-end IAM solutions, ensuring successful implementation and adherence to open-source development principles.

• Proficiency in advanced Java development, with a strong foundation in crafting efficient and scalable code
• Proven track record of contributing to open source projects, showcasing your open source contribution skills and familiarity with collaborative development workflows
• Hands-on experience in implementing authorization models, access control policies, and secure authentication mechanisms
• In-depth understanding of OIDC, SAML 2.0, and Active Directory (AD), coupled with the ability to architect IAM solutions that leverage these technologies effectively.
• Previous experience in configuring and deploying IAM solutions, with a focus on open-source platforms such as Keycloak
• Demonstrated success in delivering end-to-end IAM solutions, reflecting your ability to execute and innovate within this domain
• A minimum of four years of experience in Java development and/or IAM implementation, highlighting your expertise in both areas
• Familiarity with a range of IAM-related technologies, protocols, and standards, underscoring your versatility and depth of knowledge
• Exceptional problem-solving acumen, enabling you to navigate and resolve intricate IAM challenges
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and contribute effectively to open-source communities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing you with a solid educational foundation
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
