Role Description:

• This is a full-time on-site role as a Data Management Analyst, located in Yaoundé, Mendong.
• The Data Management Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining databases and data systems, and will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data. The Data Management Analyst will also be responsible for data modeling, warehousing, mining, and archiving, and will produce reports and analyses for stakeholders in the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in any related field, or equivalent work experience
• High Proficiency in EXCEL, VBA EXCEL, SQL and data processing frameworks
• Experience with database management systems
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and mining
• Advance Knowledge of MS Excel functions and VBA
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams from different departments
• Fluency in English.
