About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable cashier to join our team at Glotelho Yaoundé. As a cashier, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure pricing is accurate.
- Collect payments via cash and other payment methods.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
- Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any concerns.
- Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area.
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
- Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Any other related role that may be assigned by management.
