Do you have the necessary skills for the Human Resource Manager position?

1. Be conversant with CNPS and other statutory bodies.
2. Source, induct and manage talents in accordance with best practices
3. Drive employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
4. Manage resource performance in accordance with HR policy and legislation.
5. Develop, execute HR strategy and analytics.
6. Implement execute policies, procedures, and guidelines.
7. Other duties/tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
8. Manage a performance appraisal system that drives effective development.
9. Design training programmes based on practical methods
10. Nurture a positive working environment

Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Must be fluent in both English & French languages.
- Should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
- Should be between the ages of 35-40 years.
- Should hold a degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
