We are searching for an Electronics Hardware Developer and Tester for an upcoming hiring opportunity.

Our European client specializes in developing printed circuit boards serving a diverse range of industries. They offer solutions ranging from single-sided designs to highly complex multilayer boards. Their expertise extends to the development of electronics and software for mechatronic systems and automation components across various application fields, including automotive, industry, energy technology, consumer electronics, and medical technology.

Job summary :

We are in search of an Electronics Hardware Developer and Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for independently processing layout orders. Your responsibilities will include creating library elements for circuit diagrams and layouts, inputting circuit diagrams, placing, and routing printed circuit boards, generating manufacturing documents, producing manufacturing data, conducting reviews, and testing.

Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Analyzing stakeholder and system requirements and deriving the needed hardware requirements
• Developing hardware test concepts and defining test cases derived from requirements.
• Actively participating in the commissioning and verification of developed electronic systems, as well as creating test and acceptance criteria and verification records
• Component creation using Altium Designer, Fusion 360, EAGLE, or P-Spice
• Layouting of the PCB using Altium Designer, Fusion 360, EAGLE, or P-Spice
• Placing and routing PCB (preferably more than 4 layers)
• Generating manufacturing documents.

We are looking for candidates with :

• Experience with Altium Designer, Fusion 360, EAGLE, P-Spice, and Labview
• Experience in PCB layout design
• Programming skills in C / C++
• Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechatronic
• Technical and Vocational Education Advanced Level in Electrical and Electronic Systems
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
