Position: HR Assistant
Location: Yaoundé, Cameroon
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in the HR field with proven payroll management experience
Language Skills: Proficient in English and French (written and spoken)

Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
Payroll Management:
- Prepare and process accurate payroll for employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Manage employee salary queries and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Assist in managing employee benefits and statutory contributions.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Support conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace environment.
- Organize team-building activities and staff training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Generate regular HR reports (e.g., attendance, turnover, payroll analysis).
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR, with hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English and French (mandatory).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
