We are looking for a Human Resources Supervisor.
 
Key Accountabilities:
 
·       Organize the development of enterprise recruitment, training and performance appraisal system, the formulation of human resources job description and management process;
 
·       Responsible for the implementation of recruitment plan, assist in interview
 
·       Responsible for the staff's entry and exit procedures, deal with labor contract disputes
 
·       Responsible for employee's salary accounting, tax and social insurant payment
 
Qualifications and expérience :
 
·       Min bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
 
·       Over 3 years work experience, at least 2 years in HR team management 
 
·       Professional human resources management skills, familiar with human resources management processes and related laws and regulations and policies of Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC);
 
·       Participated in the relevant human resources management, labor laws and regulations and other aspects of training work;
 
·       Recognition of TRANSSION’S culture;
 
Capabilities and Skills :
 
·       Ability to solve problems;
 
·       Good communication skills;
 
·       Fluent in French and English (written and spoken);
 
·       Ability to work out of the country; 
 
·       Good analytical skills;
 
·       Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure;
 
·       Hard working, Responsible, with a high degree of enthusiasm for work.
