Responsibilities :

• Use case evaluation: Analyze feasibility, impact, and potential of AI/ML and digitalization solutions for diverse business needs, considering technical constraints and strategic alignment.
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Solution design and architecture: Design and architect technically sound, cost-effective, and scalable ICT solutions, ensuring integration with existing infrastructure and adherence to software best practices.
• Technical documentation and communication: Create clear and concise technical documentation for designed solutions, effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and present proposals to key decision-makers.
• Project management and collaboration: Lead or actively participate in ICT project teams, collaborating effectively with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Acts as a main POC between business customers and IT/TECH units about ICT requirement, designs and deliveries provided to MTN external and internal customers.
• Continual learning and improvement: Stay updated on the latest AI/ML and digitalization trends, attend relevant conferences and workshops, and share your knowledge through internal training programs to foster innovation within the team.

Education / Business Degree :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution. Master's degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Work Experience :

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, solution design, or development with a focus on emerging technologies like AI, ML, or RPA.
• Proven experience in evaluating and defining technology use cases within an enterprise context.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile frameworks.

Knowledge :

• In-depth understanding of ICT principles, architectures, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, digitalization).
• Strong proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices (Agile, DevOps).
• Experience with relevant AI/ML, RPA, and digitalization tools and platforms.
