Description
Architect of Transforming Lives, a transformative Non profit organization based in Buea, Cameroon, is seeking a passionate Graphic Design Volunteer to support our community-based initiatives and advocacy events. As an organization dedicated to empowering women, young girls, and vulnerable groups, we aim to uplift members through impactful sensitization seminars and community development efforts.
Role Overview
As a part-time, online volunteer, you will assist with creating compelling graphic designs for our advocacy campaigns, sensitization seminars, and community-based projects focus on combating Substance Abuse. Your work will directly contribute to fostering a positive attitude toward nation-building and supporting the fight against drug abuse and fight against Tobacco consumption particularly among the youth.
Missions / Responsabilités / Activités
- Design graphics for advocacy campaigns, events, and educational materials
- Support in the creation of visually engaging content for online platforms
- Collaborate with our team to design promotional materials for seminars and community initiatives
- Contribute to the overall branding of the association’s community projects
Compétences / Exigences / Qualités
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Photoshop, video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and sensitivity towards vulnerable groups
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Fluency in English and French is a plus
- Previous experience in a volunteer or NGO setting is beneficial
- Passion for social impact and community development
