Beambuy SARL, a growing company operating in the e-commerce, accounting, and human resources management sectors, is actively seeking for Accountant and Human Resources Manager qualified professionals to join our dynamic team in Yaoundé. We are looking for motivated and competent candidates from the Anglo-Saxon educational system, with a degree in accounting, management, finance, human resources management, or a related discipline.
Responsibilities :
Accountant :
- Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, tax filings, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform cost and revenue analysis to support decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to provide accurate and timely financial information
Human resources manager :
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for employees
- Handle employment contracts, payroll, benefits, and leave management
- Coordinate employee training and professional development
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding human resources
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
Requirements :
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- University degree in accounting, management, finance, human resources management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in accounting would be an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in computer tools and accounting software (QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Working conditions :
- Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Employees will work 8 hours per day with a 45-minute break, 5 days a week, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Obligation to complete online training and obtain certification in QuickBooks Online within a maximum of two weeks before hiring.
- Obtaining the certification is a mandatory requirement. Candidates who do not obtain QuickBooks Online certification within the specified timeframe will not be considered.
